Following some recent exciting client wins, we are looking for another Account Manager. Reporting into our Account Directors, our Account Managers are friendly and enthusiastic team players with a keen interest in brand, marketing, digital, and film & content production.
The Account Manager’s primary role is to help nurture and enhance our client relationships, ensuring their needs are fully understood and are represented within the agency throughout the delivery of projects. They are able to think beyond the day to day challenges, regularly anticipating how we can not only deliver exceptional results, but go above and beyond with added value.
They are confident and articulate individuals who are able to command and lead client facing meetings with a range of professionals. They are comfortable speaking candidly with clients, always with diplomacy and tact, ensuring that we surprise and delight in all the right moments and are always delivering on our commitments.
As effective and self-aware communicators, they collaborate well with the wider agency, working closely with the core project management team who oversee delivery and studio resource capabilities.
In addition, they are continuous self-directed learners with a drive and desire to offer first-class technical knowledge and customer service to their client base.
