Project Manager
At MadeBrave, Project Managers are the backbone of our agency—methodical, organised, and resourceful. They're the problem solvers who keep our workloads in check and our projects on track.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll work closely with the wider Project Management team as well as Client Services and Traffic/Operations to deliver top-notch film productions, content productions, print productions, and PR experiential builds.
Your main role will be to ensure complete visibility of ongoing work, seamless cross-department coordination, staying mindful of our teams workload. You’ll proactively spot and tackle risks, consistently deliver projects on time, and handle client budgets through smart negotiations with third parties to maximise ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities

Internal Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders across our business to form the best project teams and keep everyone on-task and on-time.
Communications Management: Plan regular touchpoints for structured communications internally and provide status updates to client services before client meetings.

Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments on all projects, plan strategies to mitigate issues, and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
Problem Solving & Prioritisation: Reassess changing and conflicting priorities as needed and quickly communicate any impacts to client services.
Third-party costs and supplier management: Support communications around third-party supplier requirements and facilitate when necessary.
Proactive Process Review: Champion learning, process improvement, and project management within the business by developing new approaches where needed and updating outdated processes.
