Our people are the driving force behind our award-winning culture, so our team’s experience is everything. We believe work can be a place we love to be, and a thing we truly love to do. We want to be the best place to work in the world, so we need exceptional ‘people-people’ to help us bring that vision to life.
From our hiring approach and team onboarding to everyday interactions, must-have admin processes, and internal events, our People & Culture Coordinator will be key to making sure these things run like clockwork in a flexible but structured way. That's why we need someone who is enthusiastic, meticulously organised, approachable, and an excellent communicator with a human-centric approach to everything they do.
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, this role supports a variety of areas throughout our team lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, review cycles, learning & development, engagement strategies, policy review, and implementation. This role will also assist with general, everyday administration - so a clear understanding of how our people strategy supports the success of our OKR (Objectives & Key Results) framework is essential.
